Cantina Villa Bizzarri was set up by the mutual passion of two families - the Guglielmana and the Pieralisi - who joined forces to produce quality wines.

The company is in Villa Bizzarri, a small borough of Torano Nuovo, in the province of Teramo, from which it takes its name. This wine-growing centre is one of the most important of Abruzzo thanks to its position on the impressive hills overlooking the border with the Marches.

This area has always been a premium wine growing area; it allows a careful selection of the grapes and the use of advanced techniques although always remembering the historical traditions because they are responsible of the worldwide success of the Italian viticulture.
