The Azienda Agricola Di Giovampietro is a small wine estate lying on the hills above Giulianova. It is a family-run company established in the 19th century, although estate-bottling started only in 1990.
Flaviano Di Giovampietro, after a degree in winemaking, committed himself to running his 16ha estate.
He grows the main indigenous varieties of the region: Montepulciano d’Abruzzo, Trebbiano d’Abruzzo, but also Passerina and Pecorino along with other varieties such as Chardonnay, Malvasia and Sangiovese.
