Spaghetti alla giuliese
A delicious typical dish from the Giulianova surroundings enhanced by the quality of local fresh fish.

Directions:
Wash the clams carefully. Toss them into a pan and cook them without adding anything until they open. Shell them and remove the cooking water. Clean the 6 prawns and cut them in half lengthwise. Pour the oil in a saucepan and heat it up. Toss in the clams with their juice together with the prawns and cook on a high flame. At the end of cooking time add the chopped chili. Cook the spaghetti in salted water and dress them with the clams and the sauce. Garnish each plate with two half prawns and sprinkle with parsley. Tip: The dish can be seasoned with oil previously fried with chili.

Ingredients (for 6 servings) :
700 – 800 gr. spaghetti, 6 big prawns, 1 ½ kg. clams, 2 cloves garlic, 1 bunch minced parsley, ¾ cup olive oil, 1 red chili, salt to taste.
