The De Albentiis -Marcozzi Rozzi family farm produces only biological products.
They dedicate their activity to the production of cereal, medical herbs, and specialized cultures of olives and grapes.
The farm covers a surface of 30 hectares and is situated on a sunny hill near the medieval hamlet of Guardia Vomano near Notaresco, near the roman church of San Clemente.
The olive grove is made up of 2.238 olive trees among which you can find 486 old olive trees and the regional varieties of Tortiglione, Dritta, Carboncella and Maraiolo.
The picking of the olive is manual and they're pressed the same day on a continuous press of the Gramenzi heirs.
