From the hostel of Ceppo, of 1330 m. high , follow the path “of lumberjacks” and earns share witnessing t the radical change of the  flora. Passing off of the Fosso della Cavata., where all the sources  of  Tordino flow into, and climb up to Pizzo di Moscio (2411 m.), with its wonderful and endless views opening on the mountains of Teramo. Walk along the crest of Monte Gorzano and then go down until to  the Hostel of Cortino, where the route ends.
