This historical festival is dedicated to the celebration of the famous “porchetta camplese” (the prochetta of Campli). This event, which has been organized for over forty years is probably the most attended wine and gastronomy appointments within our province, where visitors meet to taste a culinary specialty which goes back to a time out of mind.
On this occasion the “porchettari” (porchetta producers) coming from all over Abruzzo compete for the title of the best porchetta of the year.
