Cantina Colonnella is an estate of 400 ha vineyard lying on the hills sloping towards the sea.

The estate grows indigenous varieties such as Montepulciano d’Abruzzo, Passerina, Malvasia and Pecorino. The traditional vine training systems are tendon and espalier.

The annual wine output is of 35,000 hl; the estate also owns 1,500 French oak barriques for the aging and maturation of premium wines.

The wines show distinctive and authentic tastes, the result of a generous natural environment and man’s skilled expertise.
