After a 20 year long collaboration as Production manager, Gennaro Montecchia bought out the entire Di Pasquale oil press and along with his brother Massimiliano and his wife Amina Valentini continued on producing extra virgin olive oil with passion and dedication.

His is the production of mono cultivation oil such as “tortiglione”, the “denocciolato” and since 2006 the DOP Pretuziano delle Colline Teramane.

In March 2008 construction was started for a new olive pressing facility, always in the hamlet of Case Di Pasquale in Morro d'Oro wih a panel and tasting room for customers.
