The museum is organized into monographic sections, each one dedicated to objects and documents related to different processing cycles: the hemp cycle, the wheat cycle, the wine cycle, the sericulture and the “pinciaie” (typical clay houses).

The most complete of among these sections is the one dedicated to the hemp cycle; photographic documentation and captions illustrate all the different stages of the processing cycle: starting with the sowing and the harvesting, the retting, the scutching, the combing and ending with the final products.
