Inaugurated in 1981, the collection is set up on the ground floor of the 19th-century Palace of the Villa Comunale of Roseto. It consists of the works of the painter Pasquale Celomi (1851-1929), leader of the so-called “Pittori della Luce” and includes paintings of his successors and of local artists from the 19th and the 20th century.
Further more the Donna nuda pensierosa by Mattucci, the works of Abbraccio and of the ceramist Pier Giuseppe di Blasio (1896-1964) enhance the collection.
