Directions

 
Wash the savoy cabbage carefully and throw away the darker leaves. Fry the garlic in a large pan. Cut the white cabbage leaves in slices and toss them without draining in the pan. Add the bay leaves and the chili at half cooking time.

Once the cabbage is cooked pour in the wine and let it evaporate before serving.

Ingredients (for 6 servings):

2 kg. Savoy cabbage, 2 bay leaves, 3 cloves garlic, 1 cup oil, cup white wine, a bit of chili, salt to taste.
